Dr. Babusha is a certified Health and Lifestyle Coach under the Indian Association of Functional Medicine, and her consultations are focused on treating the root causes of chronic diseases through a natural, lifestyle-based approach.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy has been thoughtfully created to protect both the client’s time and the coach’s commitment, while ensuring mutual respect and accountability throughout your wellness journey.
Booking Confirmation and Session Validity – Your Time is Valuable
When you book a consultation, a dedicated time slot is reserved exclusively for you. To confirm your session:
Booking Guidelines:
All sessions (online or offline) are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or secure third-party gateways.
Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your session details.
Session Validity:
One-time consultations must be used within 7 days of booking.
Program-based sessions (weekly or monthly) must follow the agreed schedule.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be marked as consumed.
We request you to honour the time reserved for your session as Dr. Babusha carefully plans her schedule to give each client personalized attention.
Rescheduling Policy – We Understand Life Happens
We understand that unexpected things can come up. If you need to change your appointment:
Rescheduling Guidelines:
You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours' notice.
To reschedule, please contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
If you request rescheduling within 24 hours, the session may be considered cancelled and not eligible for a free reschedule.
Late or Missed Appointments:
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior intimation may lead to cancellation.
No-shows or missed sessions without communication will be non-refundable.
We encourage open communication to help us accommodate you fairly.
Refund Policy – Clarity Before Commitment
As a practice built on holistic wellness and personalised care, Dr. Babusha invests considerable time, energy, and planning before and during each consultation.
Refund Eligibility:
100% refund is applicable only if you cancel 48 hours before the session.
If cancelled 24–48 hours before, a 50% refund may be considered.
If cancelled within 24 hours, no refund will be applicable.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment mode.
Non-Refundable Cases:
Completed consultations or health sessions
E-books, digital wellness guides, or video content
Subscription or wellness program access
Cancellations after the session has started
We appreciate your understanding that Dr. Babusha’s time and effort cannot be reversed once the session has been initiated or completed.
Program and Package Cancellations – Wellness is a Journey
For clients enrolled in multi-session programs or lifestyle transformation packages, the following cancellation terms apply:

Once a wellness program has started, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions.
If you withdraw before the first session, cancellation will follow the general refund timeline.
In case of medical emergencies or unavoidable reasons, rescheduling may be granted at the discretion of the coach.
These programs are designed to provide long-term healing, and we encourage full participation for best results.
