Eligibility & Client Responsibilities – Be Honest, Stay Committed
To make the most of the coaching process, clients must be:
18 years or older, or have legal guardian consent
Honest about their medical history and current symptoms
Committed to follow-through with lifestyle recommendations
Respectful in communication with Dr. Babusha and her support team

Booking, Payments & Cancellation Policy – Fair & Transparent System
Booking Consultations:
All consultations are scheduled in advance via WhatsApp, email, or website forms. Slots are confirmed only after payment is received.
Payments:
We accept UPI, bank transfers, and third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). Charges are non-refundable after consultation is completed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
You can reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
In exceptional cases (like emergencies), rescheduling may be accommodated on mutual agreement.
Dr. Babusha reserves the right to reschedule or cancel consultations in rare circumstances. In such cases, an alternate slot or full refund will be provided.
